The restaurant uses dashi made fresh every morning from a blend of five types of dried bonito flakes and two types of kelp. One popular dish features tempura made with extra-large whole shrimp, served over grated radish soba or udon. Another highlight is a set meal that includes seasonal side dishes and rice. All items are handmade without MSG or additives.

The store has an open and bright atmosphere like a cafe. The interior of the restaurant is equipped with tables and chairs made from Yoshino cedar from Nara Prefecture, so you can enjoy your meal in peace.In the winter, the wood - burning stove creates a warm space.
