奢華地使用大地恩惠的當季料理
在這裡可以品嚐到奢華地使用四國的自然恩惠，以瀨戶內海、石鎚山、加茂川和中山川等地山珍海味所精心烹調的當季料理。為了讓顧客可以感受到「美味的瞬間」，套餐內容全由店家安排而沒有菜單。春天有山菜、來島鯛、針魚和鰆魚；夏天有狼牙鱔、野生鰻魚、香魚、黑魚、石斑魚和皐月鱒；秋天有松茸；冬天則有山豬、絨螯蟹、梭子蟹和河豚等，每個季節都有各種當季料理。由於完全不使用化學調味料，因此可以安心享用餐點。店內則以充滿日本風情的設計為主，呈現隨四季更迭的空間。

這裡的料理主要分為春夏秋冬4種套餐，奢華地使用當季食材，擺盤也十分精緻。

從店內可欣賞到四季變化的景色

從日式座席（塌塌米房間）可以欣賞到色彩繽紛的美麗景色，夜晚還會點燈，讓人沉醉在隨四季變化的風景。
