A Craft Space Featuring Signature Dishes from a Historic Hotel
This restaurant is developed by BEAMS "TEAM" JAPAN, with guidance from broadcast writer Kundo Koyama. In collaboration with the Nikko Kanaya Hotel, where Mr. Koyama serves as an advisor, the restaurant specializes in "Japanese Western cuisine" centered around the concept of artisan craftsmanship. For lunch, the restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including "Shinjuku Hyakunen Rice Curry" and "Akagi Wagyu Beef Bifteki Donburi", both of which have been passed down from the prestigious hotel for over 100 years. Guests can also choose from single dishes and set courses. For dinner, the menu features meat dishes that pair excellently with craft beers, wines, and Japanese sake sourced from across the country. Guests can fully enjoy the delightful experience of food pairing.
