Located along Daimyocho Street leading to Matsumoto Castle, this café centers on the concept of "someone’s home," evoking the feeling of a personal residence. The space, created through a collaboration between artists’ artwork and Nordic interior design, houses "café noyie." A high open ceiling and large windows create an airy, comfortable setting where coffee with a refined aroma is served. On the second floor, "Gallery Noyie" functions as a rental gallery and supports a range of uses, including lectures, presentations, and community gatherings, with the option of joint use alongside "café noyie."
Siphon Coffee Brewed With Care and Precision
"Matsumoto Castle Blend" is prepared using a Hikari siphon that highlights the character of the beans. The original blend, created in the image of Matsumoto Castle, is brewed with spring water drawn from the Daimyo Koji Well. The flavor expresses a sense of depth reflecting the castle’s enduring presence and its five-tier, six-layer structure.
Gallery Noyie
"Gallery Noyie" serves as a rental gallery and accommodates a variety of purposes, including lectures, presentations, and community gatherings. Located on the second floor of the same building, the space can also be used alongside "café noyie" on the first floor, allowing for a wide range of uses depending on the occasion.
