Dishes That Make Use of the Delicacies of the Mountains and Seas of Setouchi
"Shoku Noguchi" is a restaurant where you can savor dishes made with seasonal ingredients, focusing on fish and vegetables from the Seto Inland Sea. The restaurant was opened in 2012 by its owner, who gained 15 years of experience as a chef at a renowned Japanese restaurant. The dishes, which go beyond the boundaries of traditional Japanese cuisine, showcase both skill and creativity, featuring vibrant colors and delicate flavors. It’s no wonder the restaurant has many repeat customers—not only for the exquisite taste of the food but also for the meticulous attention to detail, such as serving each dish at the perfect time to match the guest’s pace. Another highlight is the selection of local Shikoku sake and seasonal new sake. With its calm and refined atmosphere, the restaurant is ideal for dates and small gatherings.

A Hideaway Restaurant Nestled in an Alley in Furubaba Town
At the entrance, you will be greeted by a rockfish made of Aji stone. The restaurant is equipped with a counter, tables for 4 people, and private rooms for 4 people (2 rooms). Also, banquets for up to 10 people are possible. I would like to use it casually for a date, after work, or for a dinner party with friends.

Seasonal Ingredients Selected by the Owner
The owner himself personally procures the ingredients every day, Dishes using mainly local and seasonal ingredients are served in a variety of forms, not limited to Japanese cuisine. They will listen to your preferences and requests, so feel free to consult with them.
