On April 18, 2025, a new tourism and community hub opened in Minobu, Yamanashi Prefecture. The site features a restaurant serving regional dishes made with local ingredients, a market offering locally produced goods, and facilities for hosting events and supporting families. Hands-on papermaking related to Nishijima Washi—the area’s traditional craft—along with a selection of washi goods, provides an engaging cultural experience. A spacious lawn area also enhances the setting, creating a beautiful roadside station that offers something for visitors of all ages.

At Sambuichi Yusui-kan, adjacent to Sambuichi Yusui Park, savor soba made with spring water from the southern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake. Hand-crafted using stone-ground buckwheat flour and water recognized as one of the 100 Famous Waters, these 100% soba noodles boast an exquisite, smooth texture that perfectly preserves their flavor. The facility also includes a direct-sales shop offering tempura made with locally grown vegetables and other processed products that make excellent souvenirs. Additionally, the museum features unique exhibits on the mechanism of the spring water.

"Yamanami-no-Yu" is a large day-trip hot spring facility located on the banks of the Kamanashi-gawa River in western Yamanashi . Situated within "Yamanami Fureai Park"—which also features a pool, park, and tennis courts available for all ages—you can enjoy a mix of playful activities and relaxing hot spring baths at your leisure. Known as "Hot springs for beautiful skin" due to their excellent heat retention and skin-enhancing properties, the facility offers 11 types of baths, including an open-air bath, as well as a sauna, ensuring a peaceful environment to unwind.
