JMSDF Kure Museum (Tetsu no Kujira)
The museum is one of Japan's leading museums, located just a 5-minute walk from JR Kure Station. The highlight is the real submarine "Akishio" used by the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, exhibited outdoors. You can explore the inside and enjoy the view of Kure Bay through a periscope in the command center. "Bouldering Space KOKOPELLi" in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, offers the exciting sport of bouldering, which involves climbing walls using only body strength. A facility where you can freely use the extensive pottery equipment in a rich environment surrounded by nature, and enjoy everything from hand-weaving for beginners to full-fledged Bizen ware creation. After the experience, go to the attached Cafe MUGENAN+ and enjoy coffee and sweets served in Bizen ware bowls. It can be used for small groups to groups of up to 250 people, so it can be used in any situation.

島根県立しまね海洋館アクアス
Located within Iwami Seaside Park, overlooking the vast Sea of Japan, "Shimane Marine Museum Aquas" features some 400 species and 10,000 sea creatures. Highlights include the "Happiness Bubble Rings ®" performed by beluga whales - said to bring good fortune - the "Penguin Pavilion" with around 60 penguins viewed up close, and a 1,000-ton tank where sharks and rays swim gracefully. 長州苑
"Choshuen" is a popular tourist spot in Yamaguchi City, located in front of the "Rurikoji Temple Five-Storied Pagoda", a national treasure and one of Japan's three most famous pagodas. "Yuya Harune" stands in a corner of Yuno Onsen in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. They have three types of hot spring facilities: private hot springs, saunas, and large communal baths. The theme of the private hot spring is Yakushi Nyorai. "Tsubotsubo" is an open space where you can also take a bath in the outside air, with a bathtub shaped like the medicinal pot held by the Yakushi Nyorai in his left hand. In addition, the word "koukou," which represents a shining white light, is an image of the moonlight bodhisattva standing next to Yakushi Nyorai, and you can enjoy the feeling of bathing in dim moonlight even during the day. The public bath has been renovated while retaining the form of Yunoso, which closed in 2022, so fans of the old days will feel nostalgic.
ほのかの湯 北広島
Located in Kitahiroshima Town and surrounded by the lush nature of the Geihoku area in Hiroshima Prefecture, this natural hot spring facility with 15 private day-use rooms opened in April 2025. Just a five-minute drive from Chiyoda Interchange on the Chugoku Expressway, it welcomes drivers and motorcyclists looking to ease the fatigue of a long journey. Room types include "Standard" and "Semi-Premium," each with indoor and open-air baths and a combined changing and rest area, as well as "Premium," which adds a sauna, cold bath, and massage chair. The private setting allows couples, families, and friends to relax while soaking in mineral-rich cloudy water, abundant in iron and gentle on the skin.
