Iwate
World Heritage Hidden Inn Kajitsunomori
"World Heritage Hidden Inn Kajitsunomori" opened in November 2018 and is located on a hill in Ichinoseki City, the gateway to the World Heritage Site Hiraizumi. One of the attractions is that you can pick fruit in the fields right in front of you in spring, summer, and autumn. It is also connected by a hallway to its sister inn, Yamazakura Momo no Yu, which has 17 different types of baths, so we recommend taking a tour around the baths. Enjoy dishes that make full use of Iwate's rich ingredients, such as freshly harvested organic vegetables. It's about a 10-minute drive from Chuson-ji and Motsu-ji temples, and close to the scenic beauty of Genbikei, so you'll want to fully enjoy sightseeing in Iwate.
When I go on a trip, I want to eat luxurious and delicious food. Choose from accommodations with the food you want to eat, such as inns that pride themselves on seafood dishes made with fresh local fish, auberges that use locally sourced ingredients to serve dishes that look like works of art, and hotel restaurants that offer a variety of gorgeous dinner courses. Why not choose one? Also, when it comes to dinner plans, we recommend choosing something premium. There is a high probability that you will come across delicious food that is unique to the area.
