湖畔の温泉宿くにびき
Kaiseki cuisine at Lakeside Hot Spring Inn Kunibiki, where you can enjoy carefully selected items that make use of fresh seafood from Shimane Prefecture. Ingredients from the San'in region are used as much as possible, and in the evening you can enjoy sushi featuring locally produced fish, salt-grilled black-throated seaweed, and Nita rice from Okuizumo. The breakfast, which includes Thai grilled shabu and miso soup with clams, is also appealing. Depending on the season, red snow crabs from Sakaiminato are also served, so you'll be happy to enjoy the seasonal flavors each time you visit.
