"Lotte Arai Resort" occupies an expansive site of approximately one million tsubo in Myoko City, Niigata, with four buildings housing a total of 257 guest rooms. During the green season, a variety of activities are available, while the snow season offers winter sports amid abundant snowfall and powder. Year-round activities include a "zipline," "zip tour," and pool. A shuttle bus operates between JR Joetsumyoko Station and the hotel, and free dedicated parking is available. The surrounding area also offers numerous spots for both seaside and mountain sports.

Guests can enjoy dishes made with local ingredients, such as "Murakami beef," fresh fish sourced from Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture, and Koshihikari rice "Kousagimai", from Sekikawa Village.
