Lotte Arai Resort is located in Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, and has a vast site of approximately 1 million tsubo. During the snow season, you can enjoy a total of 14 ski slopes for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers, as well as a variety of snow activities. Additionally, throughout the year, we offer "Zip Lines" and "Zip Tours" where you can glide along wires, and "Autumn Leaves Gondolas" where you can fully enjoy the autumn nature. A round-trip shuttle bus from Joetsu-Myoko Station and on-site parking are available free of charge. There are many spots around the hotel that you can enjoy depending on the season and purpose, such as sea and mountain sports and gourmet food.

Guests can unwind in the inn’s signature baths while admiring the beauty of nature—vibrant foliage in autumn, a silvery landscape in winter, and more. The open-air bath invites moments of pure bliss, soaking in fresh mountain air. With two bathing areas alternating between men and women in the morning and evening, six different baths can be enjoyed during a single stay. Stretch out, take in the scenery of Tsunan, and let the soothing waters ease away travel fatigue.

Guests can enjoy dishes made with local ingredients, such as "Murakami beef," fresh fish sourced from Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture, and Koshihikari rice "Kousagimai", from Sekikawa Village. Breakfast offers a well-balanced menu, including loin ham from "Onnagawa Ham Factory", overnight dried horse mackerel, soft-boiled eggs, and bracken miso soup. Children's lunches are also available, which is a plus. "Chef's Table," a course meal prepared by a chef who has trained at restaurants in Tokyo and Niigata Prefecture, is limited to one group per day (up to four people), and reservations are accepted up to three days in advance.
