Seasonal Breakfast Based on Ichiju Sansai

Breakfast follows the traditional ichiju-sansai format (one soup and three dishes,) with seasonal small dishes featuring vegetables, wild plants, and river fish from around Kiryu, along with grilled fish, simmered dishes, and pickles.
