Spectacular Open-Air Bathing Paired with Regional Flavors
This long-established ryokan celebrated its 100th anniversary on October 1, 2019. Fed by Ikaho Onsen's "Shirogane no Yu" hot spring, the property is known for its rooftop open-air bath at an elevation of 800 meters, offering views of the hot spring town and the surrounding natural landscape. Accommodations are available in seven room types designed to suit a variety of travel styles. The cuisine emphasizes locally sourced ingredients, featuring dishes prepared with an abundance of regional produce and presented with equal attention to flavor and appearance. Conveniently located approximately 1 minute on foot from the ropeway station and approximately 4 minutes on foot from both the bus terminal and Ikaho's iconic stone staircase district, the ryokan also serves as an excellent base for sightseeing.
