Guests can enjoy dishes made with local ingredients, such as "Murakami beef," fresh fish sourced from Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture, and Koshihikari rice "Kousagimai", from Sekikawa Village. Breakfast offers a well-balanced menu, including loin ham from "Onnagawa Ham Factory", overnight dried horse mackerel, soft-boiled eggs, and bracken miso soup. Children's lunches are also available, which is a plus. "Chef's Table," a course meal prepared by a chef who has trained at restaurants in Tokyo and Niigata Prefecture, is limited to one group per day (up to four people), and reservations are accepted up to three days in advance.
