This hot spring inn is convenient for sightseeing, with Kintaikyo Bridge, a nationally designated scenic spot, just a short walk away, and Itsukushima Shrine, a world heritage site, easily accessible. There are many places within the hotel, including guest rooms, open-air baths, and restaurants, where you can see Kintaikyo Bridge, so you can enjoy a wonderful stay where you can catch a glimpse of the spectacular view. We have a variety of room types, including guest rooms facing the Nishiki River and guest rooms where you can enjoy the rich nature of the mountain side, including Japanese-style rooms with open-air baths, twin rooms with beds, and single rooms that are convenient for business stays. There are a total of 66 rooms.

Guest Room

Guest Rooms with Open-Air Baths "Chiyo No Ma" and "Castle Town"

"Chiyo no Ma" and "Castle Town" where you can take a bath in an elegant open-air bath. "Chiyo no Ma" was named after Chiyo Uno, a writer from Iwakuni City, who often stayed there. Guest rooms facing the river enjoy a pleasant breeze, while those facing the mountain enjoy views of the changing seasons.

Kintaikyo Bridge Side "Japanese-Style Room"

From the window of the 12.5 tatami Japanese-style room, you can see Kintai Bridge, a nationally designated scenic spot, and Iwakuni Castle, surrounded by rich nature. This room can accommodate up to 5 people, making it recommended for families and group travelers. Enjoy the luxurious view from the large windows while relaxing on the tatami mats.

River side "Japanese-style room"

A Japanese-style room with a view of the castle town and Nishiki River from the window, where you can think about the passage of time and history in the peaceful scenery. The room is 8 tatami mats long and can be used by 2 to 3 people, so it is recommended for couples, couples, and friends traveling together. Elevators in the building are nearby, making it convenient to move around.

"Superior Twin"

A twin room with two Simmons semi-double beds. There is a shower booth, so you can use it when traveling with a small group or on a business trip. This is a functional and easy-to-use room that is recommended for people who want to sleep on a bed instead of a Japanese-style futon.

Hot Springs

Natural hot spring/Kintaibashi Onsen

"Tsutsubashi no Sato" where you can enjoy Kintaikyo Onsen is "Asagiri-no-Yu," which has an open-air bath overlooking Kintaikyo Bridge, and "Yugiri-no-Yu," which has a standing bath and cypress open-air bath with a view of Iwakuni Castle. ", all of which have indoor baths and saunas. Day trip bathing is possible depending on the time of day.

A "cool place" where you can enjoy spectacular views day and night

The indoor "cooling area" where you can relax after taking a bath is constructed with "beams" made from parts left over from the Kintai Bridge's "reconstruction in the Heisei era." Look for it because you can see the sign. Let's see. Also, the view from the "cooling area" on the outdoor terrace is outstanding.

A hot spring path full of emotion

The "hot spring path" that leads to the bath is a beautiful bridge with a view of nature outside the window. This building also uses materials that were dismantled when the Kintaikyo Bridge was rebuilt in the Heisei era. Enjoy the hot springs while crossing the atmospheric path created by the master carpenter who was active in the rebuilding work.

Restaurant&bar

Kaiseki cuisine where you can enjoy the seasonal flavors of the Sanyo region

For dinner, enjoy a Kaiseki meal that will appeal to your senses, using plenty of local sea, river, and mountain flavors and seasonal ingredients, including Iwakuni sushi and Ohira, which are representative dishes of the Iwakuni region. In the summer, salt-grilled sweetfish caught during the Nishiki River's traditional "Ukai" are also available.

"Iwakuni Sichuan Hotel"

Enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine in a spacious restaurant with round tables. The restaurant is located on the third floor of the hotel and serves a wide variety of dishes, with careful attention to everything from ingredients to tableware selection. They have a wide variety of course menus, including the "Ryusho Course," and they also have private rooms.

buffet style breakfast

Enjoy the breakfast buffet at Kintaibashi Dining Sakura. You can enjoy the view of Kintaikyo Bridge while enjoying a menu made with plenty of locally sourced ingredients. I want to enjoy a nutritious and delicious breakfast with a view in the morning.

Facility

Full of facilities such as banquet halls and lounges

There are various banquet halls, wedding halls, and a special chapel on the roof with spectacular views, which can be used for a variety of purposes, from bridal events to meetings.
