Experience a Journey Through Food and Agriculture That Makes the Hands of the Clock Tick Slowly
A restaurant and accommodation located quietly at the foot of a mountain in western Toyama , reminiscent of the countryside of Tuscany, Italy. The facility's name is a combination of the Italian words agricultura, which means "agriculture," turismo, which means "sightseeing," and a paraphrase of the word "healthy living," and the facility's name reflects the desire for guests to enjoy nature and Satoyama culture while being treated to local ingredients. Enjoy the local cuisine of northern Italy, made with vegetables and rice grown without pesticides on our own farm, as well as local livestock products.

Cuisine

Two Types of Wood-Grilled Dishes with Meat Juices Spilling Out

Wood-fired dishes have a flavor that is tinged with the aroma of wood smoke. The meat is ordered from a nearby farm and is grilled until the surface is fragrant and juicy as soon as you put a knife into it.

Soup That Has Been Made Since the Opening

"JOTA," a local soup from the Italian-Slovenian border, is a regional dish that is broadcast on TV in Italian, Slovenian, and German. It is characterized by a nostalgic flavor that uses beans and potatoes, which are essential for country cuisine.

Local Italian Cuisine: Handmade Buckwheat Pasta

"Pizzoccheri", a handmade pasta made with buckwheat flour from Toyama, is a traditional dish from the Valtellina Valley, a mountainous region in Italy.
The Savoy cabbage, grown on their own farm without pesticides and using the power of nature, enhances the flavor of the buckwheat flour.

Enjoy Home-Grown Rice with Seasonal Risotto

"Uozu clam risotto" made with home-grown rice, spinach, and Italian parsley. It directly expresses the flavor of rice, and is extremely satisfying to eat. Risotto flavors may change depending on the season.

Homemade Dessert That Completes the Course

For dessert, "Grandma's Tiramisu" combines the flavors passed down through generations of Italian families with a rustic feel that makes you feel nostalgic. A perfect dish to end a course meal that satisfies both your heart and stomach.

Facility

Living Room Inheriting Italian Restoration Culture

Italy has a strong sense of repeatedly restoring things and treating things with care. The facility also incorporates Italian culture, with tables and pillars being restored and used. It might be a good idea to experience the beauty that shines in its antiquity.

The Luxury of Choosing Wine That Matches Your Food from a Wide Variety

The cellar, which was created by renovating the space where the Buddhist altar and tokonoma used to be, stocks wines from Nanto City, Toyama , as well as wines made on the border between Italy and Slovenia. You can actually hold it in your hands and make a selection together with the store owner.

A Guest Room with a Japanese Feel That Gives You a Relaxing Time

The guest room, which is limited to one group per day, has a Japanese-style tatami floor. The towels and pajamas provided in the room are made from coix seed bran oil, a specialty of Toyama that boasts the highest production volume in Japan, and you can also experience the charm of the region.

Enjoy the Beauty of Nature That Will Enrich Your Body and Mind

On days when the weather is nice, you can visit the company's farm, which is a 1-2 minute drive away. Surrounded by a peaceful rural landscape, you can enjoy a relaxing time while enjoying your favorite wine while being soothed by the chirping of birds.
