Lotte Arai Resort is located in Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, and has a vast site of approximately 1 million tsubo. During the snow season, you can enjoy a total of 14 ski slopes for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers, as well as a variety of snow activities. Additionally, throughout the year, we offer "Zip Lines" and "Zip Tours" where you can glide along wires, and "Autumn Leaves Gondolas" where you can fully enjoy the autumn nature. A round-trip shuttle bus from Joetsu-Myoko Station and on-site parking are available free of charge. There are many spots around the hotel that you can enjoy depending on the season and purpose, such as sea and mountain sports and gourmet food.

Standard "Superior"

There are five types: double, twin, family twin, triple, and family triple, and they are recommended for family trips, ski trips, group trips, etc. The woody lattice windows and interior enhance the feeling of being at a mountain resort.

"Deluxe" makes you feel like you're staying at a resort hotel in Europe. The soft indirect lighting and dark tone interiors will soothe your soul, allowing you to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy your stay at the retreat.

"Suite" where you want to stay for special occasions

We offer a variety of guest rooms, including deluxe suites, corner suites, premier suites, and presidential suites, all featuring luxurious facilities and the latest amenities. This suite is perfect for a special day stay.

"Characters" that the whole family can enjoy

A guest room created in collaboration with Lotte's popular brand "Koala's March." The bed, cushions, wallpaper, and amenities are full of March-kun and Waltz-chan characters. There are two types: family twin and family triple.

Facility

"Hoshizora Onsen" is a natural hot spring that can be expected to have beauty effects.

Ogemu Onsen, which springs from 1,750 meters underground, is a hypotonic, weakly alkaline hot spring that is gentle on the skin and has excellent moisturizing properties, and is also expected to have beauty effects. There is also an open-air rock bath, so you can enjoy touring the baths. A mist sauna for women is also available.

"Starry sky pool" with indoor and outdoor pools

The indoor pool, which can be used year-round, is approximately 22m long x 7m wide x 1.1m deep (average) and is a heated pool that both children and adults can enjoy. From mid-July to early September, you can also use the outdoor two-story garden pool.

"Library" where you can spend time with your favorite books

A library where you can spend a relaxing time with books. It's a space where you can find your favorite book from the extensive library, bring in a book you're half-finished to read, and have an experience different from outdoor activities.

Enjoy activities in nature

We offer a variety of activities within the vast grounds, including a "Tree Adventure" where you can enjoy fun on top of a tree, a 1,501m long "Zip Tour," and an indoor "Playground." Anyone can enjoy the charm of nature.

Location

Views of seasonal mountains within the resort

If you ride the gondola lift, you can go up to an altitude of about 1,000 meters in about 15 minutes one way. Every year in mid-October, you can see the great outdoors of Mt. Okenashi, which is colored with autumn leaves, so it's a good idea to go up there to enjoy the autumn scenery.
