There are two types of garden open-air baths, "Iwaburo" and "Ishiburo," where you can enjoy bathing in the pleasant sunlight filtering through the trees in the morning and under the gentle moonlight at night. The sound of Kofukuji's bell ringing every evening at 6pm stirs up the emotion of your trip.

Large public bath that can be used at any time of the night or morning

The large public bath is a place where you can stretch your legs and relieve your fatigue, and you can enjoy bathing as many times as you like from 4pm to 11pm in the evening and from 6am to 9am in the morning. Both the open-air bath and the large public bath are open at night and in the morning, and the men and women alternate, so you can enjoy both baths to your heart's content.

Equipped with a shop stocked with Nara specialties

There is a shop stocked with Nara's specialty sweets, Narazuke pickles, local sake, and miscellaneous goods recommended by the staff, so you'll have a great selection of souvenirs. The dish towels made from Nara's specialty mosquito net fabric are recommended.
