"Our aim is for visitors to fully experience the appeal of Himi in its food, scenery, and people, and to fall in love with this town," says the owner. For meals, enjoy dishes made with fresh fish from Toyama Bay, known locally as "Kitokito" (meaning exceptionally fresh), "Himi Beef," the local brand of beef, and locally grown vegetables, all served in a theater-style restaurant with ocean views from every seat. Spend a Relaxing Time in the "Suite Room"

There are six guest rooms in total. "Suite Room", which has the highest rank in "Imigure", is a Japanese-Western style room that can accommodate up to five people. There is a sofa for you to relax in, and you can enjoy a wonderful ocean view of Toyama Bay from the room's large windows and bathroom.

"Superior Room", a Western-Style Room with an Outstanding View

The only Japanese-style room at "Imigure". This room can accommodate up to three people and overlooks the curving Toyama Bay. The raised Ryukyu tatami space and dresser create a simple and modern Japanese-style space that is a fusion of Japanese and Western styles, making it a popular choice for girls' trips.

Taking advantage of this location, the restaurant serves dishes using fresh seasonal seafood, which the chef himself has assessed to determine the quality, which varies not only depending on the season but also on the day.
