A Hotel-Style Hot Spring Inn That Boasts Ocean Views in All Rooms
A hot spring inn located on the seaside with a panoramic view of the Sea of Japan and Miho Bay, all rooms with ocean views. You can fully enjoy Kaike Onsen, which has an abundant amount of hot water gushing out from 19 sources, in the large public bath and open-air bath. All rooms in the west building were renovated in 2020. There are 90 rooms in total including the east wing, and you can choose from Japanese, Western, and Japanese-Western rooms to suit your travel style and needs. The menu includes Kaiseki dishes filled with seasonal flavors from the San'in area. Of course, you can stay overnight without meals. Also, since it faces Kaike Onsen Beach, you can enjoy both sea bathing and hot springs in the summer. I want to spend a relaxing moment surrounded by the soothing sound of ripples.

Guest Room

West Wing Twin Boasting One of the Best Views

Among the rooms with great ocean views, the twin rooms in the west wing are especially recommended. The sea view that stretches out from the window is exceptional. Of course, we use high-grade Simmons beds.

Double and Semi-Double Rooms with Comfortable Tatami Flooring

The "semi-double" and "double" rooms in the west building have tatami floors that are comfortable for bare feet. Both rooms are popular with couples. The sound of the waves and the beds equipped with Simmons mattresses are sure to give you a good night's sleep.

West building "Resort Single" with wide bed

All rooms in the west building were also renovated in February 2020. The "Resort Single" with a 160cm wide Simmons queen size bed is perfect for business trips. You can sit in a relaxing chair and enjoy the view of Miho Bay.

Western-style rooms and Japanese-Western rooms with a Japanese atmosphere are also available.

The east building also has Western-style rooms and one Japanese-Western room. Some of the Western-style rooms use tatami mats, creating a twin space with a Japanese atmosphere. The Japanese-Western style room has a calm atmosphere and can accommodate up to 5 people, making it popular with people of all ages.

The east building has Japanese-style rooms of different sizes.

There are a total of 90 guest rooms in the east and west buildings. The east building, all of which were renovated in 2013, has Japanese-style rooms of different sizes, such as 7.5, 10, and 18 tatami mats, meeting the needs of people who want to relax barefoot, from solo travelers to families.

Hot Springs

A natural hot spring filled with the blessings of the sea

The open-air bath and large communal bath, where you can enjoy the ocean view, are fed directly from Kaike Onsen. Kaike Onsen is a chloride spring that gushes out from the ocean floor, and is also known as the "salt bath." It is said to be effective for skin beautification, fat burning, and atopic dermatitis.

Private open-air bath & family bath

If you want to enjoy bathing without hesitation, try a private open-air bath or a family bath. All of them are fed directly from the source of Kaike Onsen. In the private open-air bath, you can enjoy the spectacular view of Miho Bay up close. I want to relax and enjoy the natural hot springs while listening to the sea breeze and the sound of waves.

Cuisine

Seasonal taste of San'in "Chef's choice Kaiseki"

As a standard plan for the inn, we offer a Kaiseki course unique to this area that incorporates seafood caught from the rich waters of the San'in region and local vegetables grown at the foot of Mt. Daisen. The menu changes depending on the season, allowing you to enjoy delicious seasonal ingredients.

Enjoy domestic beef, pork, and chicken at "Meat-packed Kaiseki"

This Kaiseki course is recommended for people who like meat or don't like seafood. All of the beef, pork, and chicken meat used is fresh and domestically produced. The menu changes from time to time, but for example, you can indulge in meat with dishes such as "Ishiyaki Tottori Wagyu Beef" and "Daisen Herb Chicken Grilled with Hoba."

"Egg-kake rice" is a popular breakfast

In the morning, enjoy a Japanese breakfast prepared by our head chef. The "tamago kake gohan", which is made by putting local "Sakura Tamago" on top of Koshihikari from Okuhino, Tottori Prefecture, and served with various types of soy sauce, is popular (with free refills). Soy sauce is available for purchase and makes a great souvenir.

Location

Great location on the shore of Miho Bay

Facing Kaike Onsen Beach, a popular spot in Yonago, it is in a great location where you can enjoy both sea bathing and hot springs in the summer. You can enjoy a relaxing moment surrounded by the soothing sound of rippling waves as you look out over the ocean from every guest room.
