Yuzawa City in Akita Prefecture is famous for its hot springs and Inaniwa udon. Tarobei, located in Oyasukyo Onsen, is an inn nestled in the mountains surrounded by beautiful nature that changes in each season. The hot spring we are proud of is a large public bath made from Akita cedar trees that are over 100 years old, and you can enjoy the soft-touch hot water flowing directly from the source. The dishes are handmade by the proprietress, and you can enjoy a variety of local dishes made with local products. Additionally, in 2005, a private bath and restaurant with an irori hearth were completed, making it even more comfortable to spend time here. Forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in an extraordinary space.

A tasteful pottery bath with Kurikomayaki pottery decorated both inside and outside the bath. The open-air bath and men's and women's baths change depending on the time of day, so you'll want to enjoy both.

An open-air bath where you can enjoy free-flowing hot water while looking at the rich nature of the four seasons and the twinkling stars in the night sky, which is unique to a mountain inn. There is a system in which men and women alternate with the pottery bathhouse depending on the time of day.

Normally it is used as a small bath, but if you make a reservation, you can reserve the free-flowing hot water all to yourself. After arriving at the inn, specify the time and make a reservation.
