Four Private Open-Air Baths Surrounded by the Gentle Countryside of Zao
This is a 18-room detached house scattered over an area of ​​approximately 10,000 square meters. Depending on your room and the viewing angle, you can enjoy the different aspects of Satoyama, such as the magnificent nature of the Zao Mountain Range, a forest of trees, and a farm filled with home-grown vegetables. You can cross the promenade and take a stroll around the area, visiting the four private open-air baths and admiring the flowers that bloom in each season. The main building of the inn is the central space of Daikon no Hana. The majestic wooden structure, with its 180-year-old beams catching the eye, is a sight to behold. The dishes made with vegetables freshly harvested from their own farm are also gentle and powerful.

Spend a relaxing time in one of the 18 cottage-style outbuildings scattered in the natural forest, where you can hear the sound of the wind passing through the trees and the chirping of birds. Stroll around the 10,000 tsubo grounds in the morning, and enjoy an open-air bath at night while gazing at the starry sky.

There are 4 types of rooms with open-air baths. Each type has its own charm, including maisonette-style rooms where you can take a bath while enjoying the view from the second floor, and rooms with open-air baths that extend out onto a large terrace.

The open-air bath for guest rooms is located far away from the neighboring building, making it feel like a hideout, providing a relaxing space with privacy. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and stretch your arms and legs and enjoy a relaxing hot spring bath.

There are four private open-air baths that you can enjoy touring along the walking path. All of the bathhouses with quaint names such as "Asa Kaze," "Tori Ame," "Hoshi no Hayashi," and "Yukimachi" are fed directly from the source. They are scattered throughout the thicket of trees to blend in with the surrounding nature.

The elegant inn is appropriately called a "hot spring mountain villa", and its hot springs are located in Togatta Onsen, whose water source is the pot of Zao.
