Dining Experience Focused on the Depth of Kuroge Wagyu Taste
Located approximately a 5-minute walk from Takamiya Station on the Nishitetsu Line, "Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki Fukuten" stands in a quiet residential neighborhood. The menu features domestic Japanese black wagyu, carefully selected for lean-to-fat balance and precise cuts, along with house-blended broth tailored to each dish. Shabu-shabu highlights tender slices cooked in a flavorful broth, while sukiyaki centers on premium cuts, such as finely marbled "Saga beef," prepared with a house-made warishita sauce. Additional offerings include "wagyu roast bee"f served with a dashi-infused wasabi sauce, as well as simmered dishes and steaks.
Japanese Style Space Offering Memorable Dining Moments
The interior, defined by traditional Japanese elements and the warmth of wood, creates a calm and inviting setting that enhances the dining experience. Semi-private table seating and sunken kotatsu-style seating provide a sense of privacy, allowing meals and conversation to unfold in a relaxed atmosphere, suited to both everyday use and special occasions such as anniversaries.
Signature Dashi Carefully Extracted from Various Ingredients
Fourteen varieties of broth, carefully prepared using dozens of ingredients, form one of the restaurant’s defining elements. More than 10 types are blended for each dish, enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients and creating a layered, deep taste profile.
