A Unique Dining Experience Watching the Chef’s Skills Up Close
Restaurant JIZAI is just a 2-minute walk from Odori Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway. A sister restaurant of "Wine and Yakiniku Maruyama JIN" in the Maruyama area of Sapporo, it carries forward the tradition of charcoal-grilled yakiniku while introducing a renewed style centered on à la carte dining, offering a wide variety of meat dishes. Reservations have shifted from a fully reservation-only system to seat-only reservations, allowing more casual visits. Course meals can also be freely assembled from the à la carte menu, creating a flexible dining experience alongside meat dishes presented with lively, engaging preparation.
