From the glass-walled walkway, you can observe the entire sake brewing process in real time throughout the four seasons. It is also a popular Kobe destination for touring the sake breweries of the Nada Gogo, and the facility is well equipped with the three key elements of brewing, showcasing, and retail. Commemorative photo spots, a tasting corner for "namazake (unpasteurized sake)," and a "direct sales area" are also available.
Touching local crafts is also a fun way to spend a rainy day. There are many workshops where you can experience making things such as pottery, glass crafts, and perfume making, and if you try this as a family or couple, it will be an opportunity to discover a surprising side of your family or partner. THE NOTE BAR 表参道店
"THE NOTE BAR Omotesando" presents a new approach to fragrance creation, built on the idea that scent and memory are deeply intertwined—one whiff can bring back moments long forgotten. More than 300 natural aroma materials are available, from which preferred notes are selected before a professional perfumer blends them according to a custom recipe. The process takes approximately 60 minutes and offers over 2.84 million possible combinations, resulting in a fragrance that feels uniquely personal. This spacious tourist farm spans approximately 6 hectares and includes about 10 cultivation greenhouses. The nursery, which grows around 200 plant varieties, features ceilings covered in vibrant bougainvillea, offering a tropical setting where premium melons and watermelons are available year-round. The café is popular for desserts made with generous amounts of seasonal fruit and a fruit tomato curry, and during the peak mango season from June to early July, mango pancakes and parfaits are also served. A souvenir corner showcases local specialties from Kochi Prefecture, including special sales of fully ripened mangoes, making this a highly recommended spot.

A facility where you can freely use the extensive pottery equipment in a rich environment surrounded by nature, and enjoy everything from hand-weaving for beginners to full-fledged Bizen ware creation. This facility brings together 11 types of traditional kokeshi dolls, which have been made mainly in the Tohoku region since the late Edo period. It is said that kokeshi dolls were first created when woodworkers who made bowls and other items began making wooden dolls with painted faces and patterns as souvenirs for children to sell to visitors to hot springs. The charm of kokeshi dolls, infused with new life into inherited designs, continues to captivate visitors.
