Handa Red Brick Building, which is about a 5-minute walk from Sumiyoshicho Station on the Nagoya Railway, was founded in 1898 as a manufacturing factory for Kabuto Beer. The building was designed by the great Meiji architect, Yorihiro Tsumaki, and is one of the top five brick buildings in existence in Japan.
