This multi-purpose complex, opened in 2022 in Omiya Ward, Saitama City, brings together commercial facilities, offices, and a civic hall. It features restaurants and shops for daily use, a clinic floor, and "RaiBoC Hall", which houses a large hall, meeting rooms, and exhibition spaces. On the first floor, Kadomachi Square occasionally hosts public events and is open for general use.

This facility in nature-rich Nagatoro, Saitama, offers dining, atmospheric spaces, and hands-on experiences. The covered barbecue area accommodates up to 350 guests and can be used without bringing supplies, with no need to worry about rainy days. Activities that make the most of the natural setting include making udon, catching fish by hand, and relaxing in a hammock in summer. Natural spring water known as "Tsubura no Mizu" is also available to drink.
