"Yamamoto Suisan", with over 65 years of experience in pearl farming in Ago Bay - the birthplace of Akoya pearls - carries on the legacy of Kokichi Mikimoto, the founder of cultured pearls, and his desire to "share the beauty of Akoya pearls with as many people as possible." At their workshop, you can select your favorite Akoya oysters from a freshly pulled net, experience extracting pearls, and craft your own unique pearl accessories using the pearls you discover.

ON SHORE, a facility located on Amami Oshima, is run by a local owner who knows everything about Amami's seas, and will guide you to its points of pride, such as a landing tour to the unexplored Kotori Beach in the northern part of the island, which can only be reached by boat. Symphony Cruise operates two ships: Symphony Classica and Symphony Moderna. The "Classica", which entered service in 1989, has a capacity of approximately 450 passengers, and the "Moderna", which entered service in 1992, has a capacity of approximately 600 passengers, and has four cruises a day, including lunch, afternoon, sunset, and dinner. The romantic, heart-shaped route passing under two bridges, Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Gate Bridge, is a Symphony original (excluding afternoon cruises).
