Located within the Kariya Highway Oasis on the Isewangan Expressway, "Natural Hot Spring Kakitsubata" features a wide variety of bathing options, including open-air baths with free-flowing hot spring water, a mildly carbonated bath at a low temperature, electric massage baths, esthetic baths, and soothing tubs. The facility also offers saunas and a stone sauna (ganbanyoku). The natural hot spring water, drawn from approximately 1,200 meters underground, is a mildly alkaline chloride spring known for its excellent properties - it absorbs easily into the skin, helps retain body warmth after bathing, and is effective for dry skin and sensitivity to cold. With a range of relaxation spaces, the facility provides a comfortable experience for solo visitors and families alike, making it easy to spend a full day in comfort.

Full-Sweat Experience With Far-Infrared and Bedrock Baths

The temperature of the far-infrared tower sauna is set at 85–95°C (185–203°F) for men and 75–85°C (167–185°F) for women, with relatively high humidity. The cold bath is maintained at a low temperature of approximately 16°C (61°F). At the rock sauna "Hisui (jade) Netsatsubo", a "Löyly" session is held daily using different aromatic water. Many visitors come specifically to see the performances of the unique heat wave masters (staff who fan hot air during sauna sessions).
