"THE NOTE BAR Omotesando" presents a new approach to fragrance creation, built on the idea that scent and memory are deeply intertwined—one whiff can bring back moments long forgotten. More than 300 natural aroma materials are available, from which preferred notes are selected before a professional perfumer blends them according to a custom recipe. The process takes approximately 60 minutes and offers over 2.84 million possible combinations, resulting in a fragrance that feels uniquely personal. A chosen name can be engraved on the finished perfume, making it a meaningful keepsake, a thoughtful gift, or a memorable experience.
