"Takahata Winery" was founded in 1990 in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture, a town known as "Mahoroba no Sato", blessed with a natural environment and rich in grape cultivation experience. As a local winery, we take on the challenge of winemaking together with grape farmers, with a strong belief that we will be able to produce high-quality wine that will stand out to the world over the next 100 years. At the facility, you can tour the production process and enjoy tastings, and at the winery shop, there are staff with sommelier qualifications who can help you choose wine. There are also a wide variety of souvenirs available. At the attached Gozzonare Takahata, you can enjoy wine and light snacks.
